- THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The work of this contract consists of the general construction of brick paving, existing wall rehabilitation, stone wall construction, inlet repair and installation, erosion control, exposure of rock outcrops, placement of boulders, planting and seeding. Project will include Bid Additives. Project location is Hot Springs National Park. NOTE: Award Pending Secretarial Clearance. The NAICS code for this project is 561730, Business Size Standard is $6 Million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $250,000.00 and $500,000. An organized site visit will be scheduled and announced in the contract package. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on or about August 15, 2008 at the following website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
