- Shared Spectrum Company (SSC)will provide engineering services to the Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division to support testing of government owned Dynamic Spectrum Access (DSA)radio systems on EOD robotic systems. The DSA radio system is a proprietary system developed by SSC. These services will include configuration and test bed setup, test support, and training. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD's Central Contractor Registration database.
