- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N6893181993517 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is One Hundred percent Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS 333911. The Public Works Department, Goose Creek, SC 29445 requires the following item. (1) Harben 300 with Trailer (or Equal to) High Pressure Water Technology. To include the following: Harbens P Series Pump Producing up to 4,000 PSI and up to 16 GPM, Hatz 3L40C Silent Pack Diesel Engine, 300 Gallon Polyethylene Water Tank, Fixed or Pivoting Hydraulic Hose Reel with Capacity for 800 feet of one half inch Lightweight hose, Single or Tandem axle trailer with hydraulic surge brake, Drain and sewer cleaning package including 500 feet of one half inch lightweight hose, Qty 1 Each. (2) Terminator sewer Nozzel, Qty 1 Each. If Vendor is quoting on an Equal To, you must submit specifications with your quote.
