- IQC08144009035. The end item application is a: AIRCRAFT, T-38. This solicitation will contain one NSN 5342-00-777-0687, for a Cap, Filer Opening; Min Year Qty: 9 each, Max Year Qty: 36 each, AEQ: 72 each. This is a 1P item. The approved source is Rockwell Collins, Inc., Cages: 13499 and 86831; P/N 9420S24. The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using other than full and open competition. Delivery- 97 Days ARO; FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about August 8, 2008.
