- Solicitation No. W81XWH-08-T-0346 will be ISSUED ON OR ABOUT 5 August 2008 and proposals will be due on 22 August 2008 @ 11:00 AM E.S.T. The Government requirement is for Scientific and Project Management support services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541712 with a size standard of 500 employees. This contracting office will issue no hard copies of the solicitation. All interested parties can view, download, and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 5 August 2008 on Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) at the following Web Link https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7003, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov. This procurement is Small Business Set-aside 100%. Proposals will be evaluated on a Commercial Firm Fixed Price and any resulting contract will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Award for a period of one year and 2 one year option periods.
