- This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this snnouncement is to gain knowledge of current market apabilities. The Oklahoma City Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking potential qualified contractors to lease to the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center approximately 8,000 to 10,000 square feet of leased clinical space for the purpose of operating a Capitated Community-Based Outpatient clinic (CBOC) in or within a 15 mile radius of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to service veteran patients. The contractor shall be responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of this contract including responsibility for all employees, agents, subcontractors and any other entity acting for or on behalf of the contractor. Responses to this sources sought must include general information regarding your company such as Name, Address, Contact Person, Phone umber, E-mail address, Type of business such as 8)a), small business, Hub Zone, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran-owned or Veteran-owned. In addition, please indicate whether your company has experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs leasing program and/or Capitated CBOC Program, and if it is your intention to be a joint venture with another compay. Please indicate how long your company has been established, including square footage, number of employees, and description of facility.
