- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7, Network Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with The University of South Carolina Research Foundation to provide Keys to Effective Coaching Program for 30 Nurse Directors for the VA Southeast Network. The NAICS code is 541720 and size standard is $6.5 million. The contract period will be from September 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. This Notice of intent is Not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties that can provide similar services or equal product must submit their technical specifications of product or services, past performance information, price and delivery time, detailing how their services meet VA requirements, to the Contracting Specialist via e-mail or fax at: 478-274-5591. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
