- Contractor shall furnish, except as specified herein, all necessary materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and labor to provide the following janitorial services in the Bardwell Lake Project Office building. Contractor's work and responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, all job planning, scheduling, administration, inspection, and management necessary to accomplish the required specified services. The contract duration is one (1) base year with four (4) option years. Contractor shall assure that all work is accomplished in accordance with the contract, regulations, and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer.
