- Provide delivery and injection of water treatment chemicals to the boiler, water and sewage plants at Misawa Air Base, Japan, within 7 calendar days for regular and 2 calendar days for emergency deliveries IAW the Statement of Work (SOW). For delivery and injection, the contractor shall have 1) responsible personnel handling poisonous and deleterious substances; and 2) dangerous object handler, certified by the prefectural governor, Japan IAW the Government of Japan and local laws. The contract type is a fixed price (FP), Indefinite-Delivery/Requirement (IDR) wherein work will be accomplished through issuance of delivery order(s) IAW the SOW. The duration of the contract is from 1 Aug 08 to 31 Jul 09.
