- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Oologah Technologies, Inc., under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(b)(6) Sole source awards under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 657f). This action is to provide support for the COLLECTOR Geographic Information System (GIS). Performance is on-site with completion by 01 September 2009. The NAICS assigned to this action is 518210. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
