- Under authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army RDECOM Soldier System Center, Natick Massachusetts intends to enter into noncompetitive negotiations with York/Johnson Controls Lynnfield, Massachusetts for the maintenance of refrigeration systems at the climatic chambers for a period of one year. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal.Request for proposal does not exist.
