- Single award contract for the period October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009, for OPM and Various Government agencies. Production area is nationwide. Anticipate approximately 4 to 7 orders per year for approximately 400 to 30,000 copies of face only certificates. Trim sizes are 8 x 10" and 8-1/2 x 11". Certificates print face only in one color and are stamped/embossed in copper, silver, or gold foil. Trim four sides. Operations include prepress, printing, binding, stamping/embossing, packing, and distribution. Quality level II. Bid opening August 22, 2008.
