- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is restricted to Nova Electric Division of Technology Dynamics Inc., 100 School St., Bergenfield, NY 07621-2915. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. Requirements for this procurement is the remanufacture of the 2.0 KW Inverter wsed in the Chemical Biological Protective Shelter (CBPS). The contractor shall inspect and document the condition of each inverter. The inspection shall be documented in report form for each inverter inspected. Each report shall include as a minimum; the serial number, test results and a breakdown/description of each identified defect. The contactor will prepare one report for each inverter; reports may be jointly bound for convenience at the option of the contractor. All estimates shall be formatted to include a breakout of parts, labor, materials, packaging and shipping for each inverter.
