- Description
- The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), intends to make a sole source award to Bently Systems. This requirement is for the annual renewal subscription of the Bentley Engineering SELECT software package utilized by the Public Works. This action will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and awarded under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award date is 08 August 2008. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement is based on the the exclusive licenseing of the software. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. Responses or inquiries to this notice received after 05 August 2008 will not be acknowledged. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for informational purposes, the Government will not pay for such information received.
