- This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of the announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities. The Department of Veteran's Affairs, VISN 9 is seeking potential qualified contractors to provide a Capitated Community Based Outpatient clinic to service Williamson County WV area. It is estimated that 5,000 veterans reside in this geographical area. The contractor should furnish health care providers, medical facilities, equipment, supplies, emergency fill pharmaceutical prescriptions and administrative fuctions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the primary medical needs of enrolled patients. The contractor would be responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of this contract and the health plan covered therunder including responsibility for all employees, agents, subcontractors and any other entity acting for or on behalf of the contractor Responses to this notice must include General Information regarding your company such as Name, Address, Contact person, Phone Number, E-mail, Type of Business such as 8(a), Small Business, Hub Zone, Small Disadvataged, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, or Veteran Owned. In addition, pleaase indicate whether your company has experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs Capitated CBOC Program, and if it is your intention to be a joint venture with another company.
