- Pre-solicitation Notice to procure Maximo Software License. W911S8-08-Q-0038 It is the intention of the Directorate of Contracting on Fort Lewis, Washington to procure the following item as brand name. Vendors are encouraged to submit technical specifications to inform this office of items that are Maximo Software licensing #810387 for Dynamic Value List Software and Field Level Security requirements in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. The license period will be for 12 month period. Vendors submitting quotes certify that they are offering the technical specifications and salient characteristics of the required item. The applicable NAICS code is 334611. Offers are due no later than 15 August 2008 at 2:30 PM, Pacific Daylight Savings Time. Vendors may submit written questions and technical specification to prove Same for these requirements to Tracy Oyler at tracy.oyler@us.army.mil. TELEPHONIC REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This procurement is unrestricted.
