- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of 5,180 rentable square feet of office space in the Worcester, MA area. For a map of the delineated area please contact Howard Traul of Jones Lang LaSalle (see contact information below). The space should yield 4,440 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet and 5,180 rentable square feet. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm and should be fully-serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space should be ready for occupancy by November 19, 2009.
