- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) E-400 Laser System with shutter, part number 1135452 (Quantity - 1 each); 2) E-400 DC Power Supply System: 208 VAC, part number 114962 (Quantity - 1 each); 3) Diamond E-Series Remote with accessories, part number 1139039 (Quantity - 1 each); 4) Diamond E-Series Operators Manual, part number 1129091 (Quantity - 1 each); and 5) E-400 CD Manual, part number 1152616 (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Coherent Inc. due to compatibility with existing sample assembly and other detection equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
