Description
THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 003 TO THECOMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FORRESEARCH ANALYSIS AND SOFTWARE TOOLS FOR OPERATIONS RESEARCH OF SPACE FLIGHT PROJECTS. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as theofficial amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to correct/clarify and/or provide additional informationto the following two (2) previously answered vendor questions:Original Question:Q2) Given that "the offeror shall provide resumes of each proposed individual andidentify the applicable labor category" shall we assume that all resumes should beincluded in the "Cost Proposal" and are therefore not subject to page limitations? Correction/Clarification Answer:A2) Yes, that is correct. The individual personnel resume page count should not becounted against the technical proposal page count, however, they need to be part of theTECHNICAL PROPOSAL AND NOT THE COST PROPOSAL, as previously stated. The resume(s) shouldbe included in the Technical Proposal volume, as an appendix. Original Question:Q5) Have funding levels been identified for this contract? Correction/Clarification Answer:A5) Funding levels have not been identified at this time. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended.Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASAAcquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on July 11, 2008. Documents related to thisprocurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web(WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
