- This requirement is for a definite quantity firm fixed price contract for NSN 1680-00135-7476, “Gear, Face, Actuator”, requirement document 0019265922, and approved source of supply: Moog, Inc. (94697/0ZWK8). Origin inspection required, FOB Origin; DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Total quantity is 50 pieces. All items 8 pieces have a required delivery of 172 days ARO to Tracy, CA. Requirement solicited as "Other than Full and Open Competition" as we have only one approved source and unrestricted. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). ABVS applies- The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFP's are in portable document format (PDF).
