- SOLICITATION NOTICE (01 August 2008) The 88th Contracting Squadron, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, anticipates a competitive acquisition for a Time & Material contract with one base year and four one-year option periods. This potential acquisition of services is FULL & OPEN. Requirement is for non-personal service to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other services necessary to perform the requirements in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The solicitation issue date is 01 August 2008. The solicitation and all related documents are attached at www.fbo.gov. All interested offerors must download documents from this web site. No hard copies will be available. All interested offerors are requested to electronically register in order to receive e-mail notification of updates to this solicitation.
