- Description
- The U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) has a requirement to procure security text paper and security label paper. The GPO will use the paper to produce secure documents. There will be an approximate need of 90,000 text sheets sized 25" x 35" and a need of 10,000 sheets of label stock sheets sized 20" x 26". The label stock will be the same paper as the text stock. The GPO intends to sole source these items in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to Appleton, P.O. Box 359, Appleton, WI, 54912. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All parties interested may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
