- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4528-08-R-0023, and is a Request for Proposal - Prices must be good for 90 days. Contractor is to fill out the bid schedule of the breakdown of costs for Government evaluation, and put the total on the SF 1449, line item 0001 top of page 3, for the final price proposal. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This acquisition is a small business (SB) set-aside 100%. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621, with a size standard not-to-exceed $11,500,000.00. Information concerning the contract line item, description of services, dates and place of delivery are included on the attached SF 1449. Applicable provisions and clauses are also included in the attached SF 1449. Award is contingent upon the availability of funds IAW FAR 52.232-18. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR Customer Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423. Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. Firms responding to this solicitation should reference FA4528-08-R-0023 and submit proposals by 2 September 8:00 am Central Standard Time.
