- Gain knowledge of the future procurement business practices of our United States Air Force at the Continental United States (CONUS) Installation level. An invitation is extended to Industry operating in South Carolina to learn more about Installation Acquisition Transformation (IAT). Industry partners are encouraged to attend a briefing and ask questions during the forum on 3 September, 2008 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Visitor's Center at Swan Lake, 822 West Liberty, Sumter SC 29151.
