- Sole Source 8(a) Set-Aside Firm Fixed-Price contract for Transient Aircraft Services at Laughlin AFB, TX consisting of the following: 0001Provide all required non-personal services, materials and labor necessary to perform Transient Aircraft Services to include transient alert management control, arrival services, processing services, departure services, ground handling, aircraft forms documentation (includes automated maintenance information systems [MIS]), and upkeep and maintenance on assigned powered and non-powered aerospace ground equipment (AGE) and support equipment (SE) and all other requirements listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance 01 Oct 2008 through 30 September 2009. 0002Provide all required non-personal services, materials and labor necessary to provide up to 750 "Additional Hours" services on weekends, holidays emergencies, or special events as required by the Government. Period of Performance 01 Oct 2008 through 30 September 2009.
