- Rend Lake Construction - Rehabilitation of Recreation Areas and Facility Maintenance, Rend Lake, IL. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and materials, necessary to perform rehabilitation of recreation areas and facilities maintenance in accordance with the Specification and Work Schedule. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 237990 and the size standard is $31 million average annual receipts for the past three years. The resulting award will be firm fixed priced delivery order Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract. The contract period will be for a base year and two option years. Award will be based on lowest priced responsive, responsible bidder. Estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Solicitations will be available on line through website at www.mvs.usace.army.mil on or about 18 August 2008, with bid opening on or about 17 September 2008.
