- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Buckley AFB, CO to purchase 98 furniture items to include delivery only (no installation). The required commodities are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The commodities must also, meet the qualifications in accordance with (IAW) all applicable Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) regulations and policies. The contract delivery date is 4 to 8 weeks after receipt of order, and the contractor must provide all items before billing. Partial payments are not authorized. North American Industrial Classification System Code 337122 and size standard of 500 employees. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov on 5 July 2008.
