- Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound intends to procure for Shore Power Cables in support of Navy Region Northwest. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 335929 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. This procurement will be awarded utilizing the Commercial, Simplified Acquisition Procedures outlined in FAR part 12 and 13.5. Place of delivery is FOB destination to FISC Everett, Washington within 90 days after date of contract award. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 08 August 2008. The closing date of the solicitation is anticipated to be 26 August 2008. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronic posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your quote non-responsive.
