- The proposed acquisition listed herein is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has a requirement for the Office of Rural Health Policy (ORHP), to develop a Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) Collaboration Manual that will describe their purpose and role within the community; identify areas of potential collaboration; discuss the benefits of developing a partnership among CAHs and FQHCs; and portray successful CAH-FQHC models. T he anticipated period of performance is for twelve (12) months from the effective date of contract award. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541611. The complete RFQ package will be issued electronically, and will be available for downloading from this site on or about August 6, 2008. The due date for questions is August 12, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The due date for proposals is August 21, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. EST. TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED.
