The U.S. Army Contracting Agency Directorate of Contracting, Fort Sill OK, intends to negotiate solely as prescribed in (FAR 6.302-2) with AVION Manufacturing Inc., 18089 Edison Ave, Chesterfield MO, 63005 Cage Code 1WYD4. In accordance with U.S. Patent 5,824.897 AVION is the sole manufacture and supplier of the Universal Static Balance Fixture System Part Number AV-001-002. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 488190 and the size standard/number of employees is $6 Million. The intent of this notice is for information purpose only and competitive proposals will not be accepted. A request for proposal or solicitation will not be available. Interested parties may identify their questions in writing to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 1600 PM Central Standard Time 4 Aug 08.
