- The purpose of amendment 0002 is to make the following clarification to combined synopsis/solicitation W52H09-08-T-0461, ISO Registration Audits: 1) The re-registration and audit frequencies provided below are used for planning purposes. Delivery orders may, or may not, be issued to reflect these exact dates. The Government will guarantee the first Oct 2008 Surveillance Audit for re-registration. Period of Performance for External ISO Audit Schedule Oct 2008 - External Surveillance Audit - for re-registration April 2009 External Surveillance Audit Oct 2009 Eternal Surveillance Audit April 2010 External Surveillance Audit Oct 2010 - External Surveillance Audit April 2011 -External Surveillance Audit Oct 2011 - External Surveillance Audit, with re-registration 2) Questions and Answers: Q: Are there design activities? A: Yes Q: If so, does this center own the design process? A: Owned by the US Government Q: Is it limited and/or infrequent design process? A: There are 2 design activities and they are both Standard on a regular basis and infrequent. Q: Of the 95 people, how many are involved in the same activities? A: Total in Production/Service - 95 in services Total in Administration - 5 Total in Design - 20 & 5 Total in Quality - 10
