- US Naval Hospital Guam intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Modern Laboratory Services Inc, 4300 Stine Rd #209, Bakersfield, CA 93313 for a lease of one (1) ABX Pentra XL 60 Hematology Analyzers to include service and necessary reagents. POP 01 Oct 08 to 30 Sep 09, with an option to extend the terms of the contract for an additional one year period. This proposed contract action will be processed using SAP. Sole source determination is based on existing unit located at the Laboratory Dept. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
