- The Space and Naval Warfare SystemsCenter (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston is soliciting information from potential sources to provide four thousand six- hundred seventy five (4,675) AN/VRC- 110/RF-300M-HV Data and Remote Control Cables to Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Code 53000, meeting the specifications detailed below: The data and remote control cables shall connect the AN/PRC-152 and/or AN/VRC-110/RF-300M-HV to the TOCNET Intercom system. The cable shall feature a 32-pin connector for the AN/PRC-152 and the AN/VRC-110/RF- 300M-HV data ports and a 9-pin D connector (female jack screws) for attaching to the TOCNET intercom system. The cable shall be able to control the radios data and audio directly from the AN/PRC-152 or the AN/VRC-110/RF-300M-HV configuration. Delivery is required no later than 29 AUG 2008. The resulting contracting will be Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated DX-A7. Additional Specifications: 1. Cable Length shall be 12 inches (shielded) 2. A 9-pin D connector w / female jack screws 3. A 32-pin connector that connects to AN/VRC-110/RF-300M-HV data port. The 32-pin housing connector shall be constructed with EMI thermoplastic to reduce interference. 4. Waterproof to 1- meter It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued for a non-developmental item/commercial firm fixed price type contract under the test procedures of FAR part 13.5. The applicable NAICS code is 334220 with a size standard of 750 Employees. Firms are invited to submit the appropriate documentation (any literature, brochures, and references) necessary to support that they possess the required capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements. There is a five (5) page limit for all data submitted. Responses must include the following: (1) name and address of firm, (2) size of business, including: average annual revenue for past 3 years and number of employees, (3) ownership (including Country of Ownership), indicating whether: Large, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Woman-Owned, HUBZone, Veteran-Owned and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, and Central Contractor Registration (CCR) information; (4) number of years in business; (5) two points of contact, including: name, title, phone, fax and e- mail; (6) DUNS Number; (7) affiliate information: parent corporation, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners, prime contractor (if potential sub) or subcontractors (if potential prime), (8) Product Literature in PDF format that identifies the ability to meet the requirements listed above or identify proposed unit that meets all requirements listed above.
