Description

The VA Central Iowa Health Care System (VACIHCS), Des Moines, Iowa is soliciting for a capitated rate Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Carroll, Iowa. the clinic shall be a Contractor managed facility for the delivery and management of primary medical care and mental health care, including preventive healthcare, patient education, and the continuity of that care for all eligible veterans residing in and around the Carroll, Iowa area. Services shall be for a base year with four one-year renewal options. NAICS 621498, $9.0 Million. A pre-bid conference will be held at VACIHCS, 3600 30th Street, Des Moines, Iowa on August 26, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Building 2, Room 214, Conference Room. Interested parties may provide questions prior to the pre-bid conference so they can be addressed at that time. Solicitations shall be available on or about August 7, 2008.
