- DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE 31ST FIGHTER WING (USAFE) 30 July 2008 MEMORANDUM FOR OFFERORS FROM: 31ST Contracting Squadron/LGCC Via Pordenone 89/b, Edifco 600 Area "E" Base Aerea di Aviano 33081 Aviano (PN) SUBJECT: Richiesta Prezzi No. F1F3B48157A004 1. Vi chiediamo gentilmente di sottoporre la vostra migliore quotazione per la fornitura di: N. 1 Macchina Tagliaerma Rotante Rimorchiabile SCHULTE Modello S150, o Equivalente, come da descrizione e specifiche tecniche allegate. 2. La scadenza delle quotazioni presso quest'ufficio e' il giorno 25 Agosto 2008 alle ore 17.00. Le quotazioni possono essere presentate a mano (senza rilascio di ricevuta), per posta elettronica oppure fax. La Vs quotazione e' costituita dalla compilazione del foglio allegato intitolata "SCHEDULE" con tutte le informazioni richieste. Importante e' riportare il numero della richiesta in oggetto nella Vs. corrispondenza. L'eventuale aggiudicazione avvera' alla ditta che offre l'articolo con le caratteristiche richieste, al prezzo piu' basso. NOTA: In accordo alla clausola N. 52.232-18 Disponibilita' di Fondi: Al momento i fondi per questa richiesta non sono disponibili. L'obbligo del Governo, dipende dalla disponibilita' dei fondi appropriati con i quali il pagamento dovrebbe essere effettuato. Il Governo Americano non ha nessun obbligo legale per alcun pagamento fino a quando i fondi, per la richiesta in oggetto, saranno messi a disposizione dell'Ufficiale Contraente e fino a quando l'Appaltatore riceve la notizia di tale disponibilita', che dovra' essere confermata per iscritto dall'Ufficiale Contraente. Il Governo Americano si riserva il diritto di cancellare questa richiesta prima o dopo la data di chiusura della stessa, senza nessun obbligo verso gli offerenti. 4. Inoltre, portiamo a Vs. conoscenza che l'Amministrazione e' esente da IVA in base all'articolo 72 del D.P.R. 633 datato 26 Ottobre 1972.
