Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY08 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2008. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2008. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE Solicitation number F1B0A18190A001 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 561730 with a small business size standard of $6.5 Million. A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing. Altus AFB, Oklahoma has a requirement for: Landscaping for the C47 Static Display. This work will consist of removing the grass surrounding the area, placing 3700 SF of weed barrier, 300 ft of concrete curb border, plant bed rocks 3”-6” diameter for 68 Cubic Yards and all of the labor required to perform the above tasks in accordance with the attached Statement of Work dated 7 July 2008 and Wage Determination 2005-2525 dated Revision 7. Award will be based on price. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON 13 AUGUST 2008 AT 8:30 AM CST.
