- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA7012-08-T-0039. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. This is a total 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 332439 at 500 employee size standard. LINE ITEM 0001: Tool Box - Bottom Unit, MFR BY: Snap-On Tools, Part Number: 1KRL1056BPBO OR EQUAL. Quantity: 3 Each, Unit Price: ____________, Extended Price: ____________. LINE ITEM 0002: Tool Box - Top Unit, MFR BY: Snap-On Tools, Part Number:2KRL1251 OR EQUAL. Quantity: 3 Each, Unit Price: ___________, Extended Price: ____________. LINE ITEM 0003: Tool Box Foam - Black, MFR BY: Snap-On Tools, Part Number: FCE1ROOLB OR EQUAL. Quantity: 1 Roll, Unit Price: __________, Extended Price: ____________. LINE ITEM 0004: Tool Box Foam - Yellow, MFR BY: Snap-On Tools, Part Number: FCERIDGEIGPADY OR EQUAL. Quantity: 1 Roll, Unit Price: ___________, Extended Price: ____________. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE TERMS: Items shall be priced FOB Destination. Delivery/Acceptance will be at 361 Thomas Rd, Bolling AFB, Washington D.C. 20032. Delivery of all supplies will be no later than 30 days after date of contract. All interested contractors are to submit a copy of their quotation by the solicitation date. If proposing an "Or EQUAL" item, offerors must submit descriptive literature or sample. FAR PROVISIONS: The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation, specifically the following criteria: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and price is determined most advantageous to the Government. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representatives and Certifications-Commercial Items are hereby incorporated. Addendum to FAR CLAUSE 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition are as follows: 52.211-6, 52.252-1 http://farsite.hill.af.mil, 52.252-5: (b) DFARS (Chapter 1), and 252.225-7000. FAR 52.212-3, "Offeror Representatives and Certifications-Commercial Items" applies to this acquisition and offeror(s) must include, with its offer, a completed copy of provision FAR 52.212-3 in full text obtained from http://farsite.hill.af.mil or from http://orca.bpn.gov if registered in ORCA (Online Representation and Certifications application). THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT REIMBURSE RESPONDENTS FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SUBMISSION OF THE INFORMATION BEING REQUESTED OR REIMBURSE EXPENSES INCURRED TO INTERESTED PARTIES FOR RESPONSES TO THIS SOLICITATION.
