Item0001: NOUN - Remanufacture F108 Bleed Valve Fuel Gear Motor; Input NSN3010-01-141-5947PN and/or NSN 3010-01-229-1008PN and/or NSN3010-01-367-2917PN, P/N 396800-6, 396800-7, and/or 396800-8. Output NSN3010-01-367-2917PN, P/N 396800-8. BEQ as follows: 219 EA Basic Year;170 EA OPT I; 162 EA OPT II; 162 EA OPT III; 165 EA OPT IV. Applicableto the F108 Engine on the KC-135; Dest: Tinker Air Force Base, OK 73145.Item 0002: NOUN - F108 Fuel Gear Motor Accident/Mishap Investigation.BEQ's are 2 EA for basic and all option periods. Item 0003: AFMC FORM413 Depot Maintenance Production Report Required IAW DD Form 1423-1.Item 0004: CAV II/CAV AF Reporting required IAW DD Form 1423-1. Item0005: Test Report for Mishap Investigation required IAW DD Form 1423-1.Description: The fuel gear motor is part of the engine control system.It is a hydro-mechanical fuel driven gear motor. The fuel gear motorpowers the synchronized variable bleed valve system and controls theposition of engine bleed valves. Delivery: Item 0001: 10 EA per month30 days ARO and receipt of reparable assets; Item 0002: 1 EA per month30 days ARO and receipt of reparable assets; Item 0003: IAW DD Form1423; Item 0004: IAW DD Forms 1423; Item 0005: IAW DD Forms 1423.Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to beingconsidered for award. Qualification requirements are available for thisacquisition. The approximate solicitation issue date is 15 AUG 08 andthe estimated solicitation response date will be 12 SEP 08. Theanticipated award date will be 26 SEP 08. Electronic procedures willbe used for this solicitation through FedBizOpps at http://www.eps.gov/.Solicitation will be issued to Argo-Tech Corporation, Cleveland, OH.All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, orquotation that shall be considered.
