- This contract is subject to This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to Aardvark Tactical. Inc., 1002 W. Tenth St., Azusa, CA 91702. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1a(2)(iii). Aardvark Tactical. Inc. is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government and is not expected to be recovered through competition. In addition, award to another source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling this requirement. The requirement is for X26E Taser Black/Silver grip plates with Blade-Tech Tek-Lok holster; Blade-Tech Tek-Lok holster: Right Hand; Blade-Tech 3" Belt Attachment Clip; XDPM - Extended Digital Power Magazine; TASER Simulation Training Suit; 21ft (6.4m) Silver Blast Door for Field Use, 25ft (7.62m) XP (Extra Penetration) Green Blast Door / Field Use; and 21ft (6.4m) Non-Conductive Simulation Blue/Blue Blast Door for Training Use. This product will be provided to 20 N Aspen St (Stop 87), Bldg 610, Buckley AFB, CO 80011-951. Delivery is no later than 30 Days ADC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
