See enclosure for Reach locations. The project consists of adding road topping along segments 1 & 9. Within five (5) days of award, Contracting Officer or Contracting Officers Representative (COR) will finalize work schedule, with work estimated to start on or about 18 August 2008 with completion on or about 20 August 2008.
