- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, plans to place an order under an Basic Ordering Agreement N00104-08-G-A011 with Dresser -Rand, 100 Chemung Street, Painted Post, NY 14870 on a sole source basis to provide for the Dresser-Rand Cap- 12 Ship's Service Air Compressors (SSACs) and Cap-16 Oxygen and Nitrogen Generation (O2N2) Low Pressure Air Compressor (LPAC) Upgrades. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies.
