- THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEWING AND PRINTING IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. This item shall consist of constructing an addition to the back portion of an existing log construction dwelling. Within the addition, a staircase will be constructed which will connect the lower level to the upper sleeping area. The roof over the existing utility area will be removed and a new roof will be constructed over this area and the addition when complete. The project is located at the Forest Service Stanley Administrative Site. The Stanley Administrative Site is located 4 miles South of Stanley Idaho via Hwy 75. NAICS: 238190. Size: $13.0 million. Estimated Start Date is 9/10/08 with 90 calendar days for completion. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
