Description
PEO-Ammunition located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has performed an AmmunitionSourcing and Industrial Base Study based on the last Program Objective Memorandum (POM) (FY08-13). An extract of a briefing is available to industry upon request. PEO-Ammunition located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has established the following process regarding the release of the briefing: a) The requestor must be Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractor within the National Technology Industrial Base (NTIB). U.S. DoD contractors must be registered in the Defense Logistics Information Service, Joint Certification Program located at: http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/default.asp in an "Active Status" b) Requestor will provide the following with their request: 1) Certification Number 2)Company Name and 3) CAGE Code. c) The requestor must provide a written statement sufficient to establish that he has the requisite need to know the information in the briefing. d) Any briefing provided by the USG remains USG property and is for Government purposes only. e) The briefing shall be for information only and no other purpose unless specific permission is granted by the USG. f) Any action taken by any requestor based upon the briefing provided is taken solely at their own risk without any recourse against the USG. g) The Government does not guarantee that any request for the briefing made pursuant to this notice will be granted. h) The process for obtaining the briefing will be at least 30 working days after request is received. i) Contractor will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the release of the briefing. j) By submission of a request the requestor agrees to the above terms.
