- Description
- The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bliss, Texas intends to sole source National Security Personnel System (NSPS) training for approximately 50 civilian employees. Training will include modules on coaching, performance appraisals, and managing performance. Training Location: Building 2, Sheridan Rd, Fort Bliss, Texas. Dates: 7th, 11th and 28th August 2008. Times: 8:30-11:30 AM, MST daily. Authority cited: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. Only one responsible Source and No Other Services will Satisfy the Agency Requirement. Black, Charles E. Jr. and Associates, Inc. doing business as Dale Carnegie Training shall furnish all necessary labor, service, and material (assessments, handouts, etc.) required for this training. The Government shall provide training space with computers, overhead projection capability, and white boards/butcher boards. The NAICS code is 611430/size standard 6.5M. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the Directorate of Contracting. Capabilities /qualifications may be submitted no later than 2:00 PM MST, August 1, 2008. Such capabilities/ qualifications submitted will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether the Government will conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A Government determination not to compete this requirement using full and open competition is solely within the Government discretion. Facsimile submissions and oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Request for Quotes or Requests for Proposals will not be issued based on this Notice of intent.
