All contractors must be actively registered in Central Contractor Registration. This is a total small business set-aside. All requestes for the package must be made in writing to the contract specialist not later than August 20, 2008. No telephone calls will be accepted. Release date of solicitation o/a 15 Aug 08; technical questions o/a 25 Aug 08 and bids due o/a 3 Sep 08. Please refer to the solicitation for the actual dates.
