Description

The Veterans Integrated Service Network #20 (VISN20) Logistics Office (653/Bldg. #17/ Rm. A117), located at 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97470-6523 is planning to award a Sole-Source Set-Aside purchase order to MEDRAD to supply a MRI Base Plus patient monitoring system and other support equipment for use with a GE Signa 1.5T MR System, to the new Roseburg VA Health Care System MRI Clinic. The requested system and related equipment are singularly supportive of the MR system. This is a sole source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, 38 U.S.C. 8153 and Other Than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes however; any firm that believes it can provide equipment capable of providing equipment with the capabilities of the Base Plus patient monorting system, may give written notification to the Contracting Officer, VAMC Roseburg, OR. 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97470-6523, no later than 2:00 PM PST, August 7, 2008.
