- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Salt Lake City Utah has a requirement for a Licensed Speech Pathologist that can provide evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive disorders, and evaluation and treatment of swallowing disorders. Period of performance will be a base year with provision for four one year options. This will be an IDIQ contract. In accordance with terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation package. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this solicitation is 621340. Solicitation package will be available electronically on or about July 31, 2008. Offerors will be required to obtain a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number (www.dnb.com) and register at www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award of a federal contract.
