If the small business set-aside is dissolved for full and open competition, this solicitaiton will not be reposted to FBO. Proposals from all business sizes are encouraged. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to bid on this solicitation. The Statement of Work is attached to this posting.
