- 1. Background: The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), in order to provide oversight and control on the Secure Border Initiative (SBI) program management project, has a requirement for the refurbishment and conversion of two (2) government provided tow-behind travel trailers into Mobile Field Offices (MFO’s). These MFO’s will be utilized by the Southwest Field Office CBP personnel and contractors during the execution of task orders within the southwest border area of operations. Specifications and requirements are provided as follows. The MFO’s will be able to operate both from a generator, or connected to a power utility. The Statement of Work (SOW) has been prepared to define requirements to refurbish and convert two (2) travel trailers into MFO’s. 2. Please open attachment to view full work requirements.
