- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. RMN00080102 herein is cited as a Quote. The commercial items policies of FAR Part 12 will be used. Solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. NAICS Code: 423390, (Description): The contractor shall provide the fencing material needed to assist Fort Defiance Agency in completing boundary for District No. 11 and 17. Fencing Materials shall be delivered to BIA, Branch of Natural Resources, Chinle Agency, US Hwy 191 & Navajo Route 7, PO Box 7H, Chinle, AZ 86503. The catalog numbers publicized, have been taken from (The Intermountain Farmers Association) and are for Identification Purposes Only. The items the vendor has to offer are to be the same as or equal to the catalog number reference. 1. 7148, T-Post Extra HD 1.33 6 w/5 clips, 2000 ea. at $_________. 2. 41723, Barbed Wire OK Commercial 2 PT, 200 roll at $________. 3. 7038, Fence Stay Class I 48, 2000 ea. at $_________. Total Cost shall include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to OfferorsCommercial Items (including any addenda), applies to this acquisition. Award will be made at a fair and reasonable price to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the requirements herein will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
